Lead a High-Performing Commercial Sales Team in the Liquid Waste Disposal Industry
Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for mentoring teams and driving revenue growth? Join us as a Sales Manager, where you'll oversee a team of 8-10 Commercial Sales Representatives across our South Region (Florida), lead strategic initiatives, and make a significant impact on our success in the liquid waste disposal industry.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Proven Sales Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading successful sales teams, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in septic, grease, wastewater, and/or plumbing industries is a plus, but not required.

In addition to a competitive bonus and car allowance, the base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90k - $135k annually at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
