Pro Cise, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll fit and weld components, read blueprints, inspect your work for quality, and help produce high-quality weldments that meet customer specifications.

What You'll Do

Perform TIG and GMAW welding

Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

Fit and weld components and assemblies

Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy

Use measuring and inspection tools

Support safe and efficient production operations

What We're Looking For

TIG and GMAW welding experience

Strong blueprint reading skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent work ethic and dependability

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

AWS D1.1 certification (or ability to obtain)

Preferred QualificationsTechnical Diploma in Welding

4+ years of welding or fabrication experience

Manufacturing environment experience
