For over 100 years, FLINT teams have been building critical infrastructure that powers communities. Now, we're looking for a journeyperson pipefitter who wants to join a crew where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your expertise helps strengthen everyone around you. 

We're currently hiring a Journeyperson Pipefitter for permanent and temporary positions in Cold Lake, AB, starting July 29th, 2026. Enjoy a Wednesday to Tuesday schedule with 12-hour days, camp accommodation provided, travel pay and benefits after 300 hours worked.

Qualifications
  • Valid Journeyperson Steamfitter-Pipefitter certificate/ticket or an active 3rd/4th Year Apprenticeship Certificate
  • Experience working on Plant Maintenance projects.
  • Hydro Testing Set-ups.
  • Able to use standard tools of trade work with welders to fit/tack piping & rigging. 
  • Prior Confined Space Entry experience.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • CSTS-2020
    • H2S Alive
    • Aerial Work Platform
    • Fall Protection
    • Confined Space Entry
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Must have own reliable transportation to site.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
