What is a fitness trainer?

What are some of the common challenges fitness trainers face when working with diverse client needs?

Fitness Trainers often encounter a wide range of client goals, fitness levels, and physical limitations. Adapting workout plans to accommodate beginners, advanced athletes, or clients with injuries requires strong communication and creativity.
