 Burn Boot Camp Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor

Burn Boot Camp is a trendsetting franchise fitness organization and is one of the fasting growing group fitness concepts in the country, with over 225 locations nationwide. We are currently seeking qualified part-time Support Trainers  for our Madison, AL location.

As a Burn Boot Camp Support Trainer you will be responsible for delivering dynamic challenging workouts to clients of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to engage and motivate multiple clients at a time, providing a positive community for change. A Burn Boot Camp Support Trainer focuses on total fitness including mindset, nutrition, and strength/burst training (HIIT), all while creating an inviting environment of support to exceed client expectations. Burn Boot Camp Trainers must have a strong desire to help clients reach their health and fitness goals through appropriate guided exercise routines, mindset coaching, and accountability.

  • Training Camps - Lead, motivate, and provide clients of all backgrounds, intense and safe training sessions.
  • Personal Training in a Group Setting - Engage multiple clients in workouts while offering a personal experience
  • Fitness Consultant - Facilitate client success, tracking, uphold client attendance and accountability
  • Excellent Customer Service - Add more value to our members by providing genuine interaction, empathetic engagement, and consistent devotion to your goals and theirs!
  • Knowledge - Possess the skills and ability to conduct and communicate safe and effective exercises for clients of all backgrounds and experience levels
  • Client Communication - Let your knowledge shine by sharing unique and educational content via our social media platforms and customer emails.
  • Facility Management - Assist with maintaining facility and equipment standards
  • Community Outreach - Represent Burn Boot Camp in a professional manner at local community at events, expos, and social media

Burn Boot Camp Trainer Qualifications:

  • Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal skills with a strong passion for people, culture, and desire to serve members
  • Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • Ability to pass the Burn Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning test (SAC)
  • Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized, while communicating in a positive and motivating manner
  • Have a high level of understanding and presence across social media to promote brand awareness
  • CPR/AED certification

Requirements:

  • Group Fitness/Personal Training - minimum of 1 year experience
  • Ability to work and train clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds
  • Certified Personal Trainer Certificate (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA)
  • Ability to work within a team environment
