  • Motivate and hold members accountable to their goals
  • Demonstrate proper exercise form, movement mechanics, and technique
  • Build strong relationships and foster community inside the gym
  • Create safe, effective, and engaging workouts
  • Support members in improving strength, endurance, and overall wellness
  • Collaborate with the coaching and leadership team to maintain a positive culture

    • Performance Coach
    • Certified Personal Trainer

  • Current CPR/AED Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends

Preferred:

  • Experience coaching group training classes
  • Athletic or sports performance background
  • Experience with functional training and strength programming
  • Strong member engagement and community-building skills

Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive pay per session
  • Bonus opportunities based on facility performance
  • Coaching creativity and programming flexibility
  • Positive, team-oriented culture
  • Growth opportunities within ISI® Elite Training
  • Opportunity to make a real impact in the local community
