About the Role

Fitness Connection is looking for a General Manager to lead one club location and deliver a high-impact, member-first experience. This role drives results across sales, operations, and team performance while building a culture where people feel welcome and challenged to grow.

You will partner with the Area Manager to develop talent, drive performance, and bring our mission to life - inspiring the people we serve to build healthier lives through value-rich experiences. This is a handsโ€‘on leadership role balancing performance expectations with peopleโ€‘first leadership.

What Success Looks Like

Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Performance Bonus

Monthly bonus opportunity tied to club performance, including but not limited to:

  • Membership sales and revenue growth.
  • Member satisfaction.

Target bonus potential: $12,000 to $15,000 annually, with top performers having the potential to exceed targets.

Total Compensation (On-Target Earnings): $72,000 to $90,000 or more

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Valid driver's license and background check required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
