Job description

Overview
Narragansett Bay Anesthesia is a new partnership with USAP Rhode Island!
Newly drafted compensation packages for FT - $270k annually
Call available at Kent and South County Hospitals. Call is voluntary and self-scheduled. Call stipends offered; callback hours paid at 1.5 times regular hourly rate.
$10k Travel allowance offered for providers working a weekly minimum of 24h at Kent Hospital and at least 2 additional facilities regularly for 6 months, prorated amount for less than 40h weekly
Generous Student Retention Bonus: $20k annual for 5 year / 60-month commitment (hours at Kent required). Not eligible for longevity increases until 6th year, will become eligible for travel allowances until after 5 years. Paid out in increments of $20k at the end of each 12 months.
Flexible Shifts: 8s,10s and 12s offered
Benefits (24 weekly hours or more): 401k matching, PTO, CME, relocation assistance, healthcare benefits
