About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fish and Reptile Sales Associate to join our team at our Zionsville location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert knowledge on our wide range of fish and reptile products. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales to meet and exceed our targets. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain a clean and organized store, and to ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the pet industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with fish and reptile care and maintenance
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
