This Assistant Manager position comes with the potential for promotion to General Manager in the future. Fishing experience and knowledge is a plus.
Assist managing day-to-day operations, while making sure the company has everything it needs to operate.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the GM in managing all employees at Fish-Field. With this responsibility, they will shape the work environment into a positive and productive place. Clearly setting forth the vision of the company.
Creating strategies and allocating resources to achieve company goals
Train and develop staff. Be a mentor and communicate the companys goals to employees.
Build on the success of the company by bringing in fresh strategies and ideas.
Maintain business data including inventory, sales, and customers.
Assist in setting, practicing, and managing all workplace polices.
Work with warehouse associates to maintain inventory and order accuracy. Oversee both inbound and outbound processes.
