Captain Jay's is hiring both full-time and part-time Shift Managers at multiple locations in Metro Detroit, with growth into General Manager positions! We are currently looking for experienced food service managers who will empower and lead their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We always want to promote a productive, respectful team environment through a motivated leader. Managers are responsible for the operations of their store and supervision of their staff with full knowledge of Captain Jay's operational standards and must be able to demonstrate and teach these standards to others. Managers are responsible for delivering top-quality food and clean surroundings for their team and guests. Captain Jay's offers comprehensive hands-on training for our managers to ensure long-term success! We pride ourselves on the support, growth, and opportunities we can provide our managers both in and outside of work.ย 
Wage: $13 โ€“ $15 an hour.
