Rooted in tradition yet shaped by modern culinary culture, Momotaro is known for pristine sushi, robata-grilled specialties, and a thoughtfully curated beverage program — all delivered within a striking, high-energy space.


What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and execute sushi items while maintaining all safety and sanitation standards
  • Properly prep, stock, and maintain the sushi station throughout service
  • Ensure quality control and proper pars of prepared fish
  • Store, label, and date all fish products according to policy
  • Maintain consistency in fish portioning and presentation
  • Demonstrate strong knife skills, filleting, cooking, and prep techniques
  • Provide professional and hospitable guest interaction at the sushi bar
  • Safely operate and maintain all kitchen equipment
  • Communicate equipment needs and maintenance requests to management
  • Properly store ingredients and deliveries according to sanitation guidelines
  • Follow standardized recipes to uphold quality and consistency in prep and service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhere to FIFO procedures, and uphold strong personal hygiene standards

Physical Requirements
