Motor City Seafood Company is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Fish Processor/Fish Filleter to join our dynamic team in Highland Park. As a growing statewide company, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality seafood products while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability, food safety, and customer satisfaction.As a Fish Processing Technician, you will be responsible for processing and preparing a variety of raw fish products for distribution and sale. Your primary focus will be maintaining product quality while following strict food safety and sanitation standards. You will learn to scale, gut, pin-bone, and fillet multiple fish species while working alongside skilled filleters who will train you on our standards, processes, and procedures Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPunctuality is a top priority. Shift starts at 4:30 AM sharp. If you cannot consistently arrive on time, this position is not the right fit.Clean, scale, gut, and fillet fish using proper tools and techniques.
