Are you passionate about seafood, food service, or learning a skilled trade? Join the team at San Pedro Fish Market, one of Southern California’s most iconic seafood destinations.

We’re looking for hardworking, energetic individuals to join our Fish Market team. As a Fish Monger, you’ll learn the art of seafood preparation, help guests select fresh seafood, and play a key role in delivering the quality and service our guests have loved for generations.

No Fish Monger experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training for motivated team members.

What You'll Do

  • Clean, fillet, portion, and prepare fresh fish and seafood
  • Create attractive seafood displays for guests
  • Maintain freshness, quality, and product rotation standards
  • Assist guests with seafood selections and recommendations
  • Support inventory, stocking, and organization of storage areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
