About the role
The Loan Processor performs a variety of tasks which includes processing loan documents, supporting the lending staff to provide efficient operations, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.
This position is located in Henderson, NV. It is not a remote position.
What you will do
  • Processes loan documents in a timely manner at the lender's request.
  • Ensures loan documents are complete and accurate according to compliance regulations and bank policy.
  • Ensures the accuracy of the tickler system and ensures new Uniform Commercial Code's (UCC) are filed and old UCC's are continued before the expiration date. Orders UCC searches before and after a UCC is filed.
  • Distributes loan documentation to participating banks within set deadlines.
  • Ensures insurance coverage is in place for the assigned collateral and a current policy is in every file.
  • Scans loan documents for upload into AccuSystems (paperless file system).
  • Reviews and maintains loan documentation, including promissory notes, security agreements, and collateral documents.
  • Ensures all documents are properly executed and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitors and tracks loan files to ensure they are up to date with relevant information, such as commercial loan covenants and compliance requirements.
  • Maintains strong knowledge of bank policies and ensures new loans files are accurate.
  • Assists in the preparation of loan disbursements and payments.
  • Responds to customer inquiries as needed and directs calls to proper departments as necessary.
  • Processes paid off loans to include Deed Reconveyance and UCC Terminations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of banking experience required.
  • Familiarity with Fiserv Premier Banking System, or similar banking software a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
