Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Atlanta, GA. This is a fully in-office, front-facing role that plays a key part in supporting daily HR operations and serving as a primary point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors.

This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and able to take initiative while maintaining a consistent and professional presence in a structured office environment.


Work Environment & Expectations
This is a fully onsite position. Employees are expected to report to work in person each scheduled day.

This role requires consistent, on-time attendance, strong accountability, and a high level of professionalism in both appearance and communication. As a front-facing role, you will regularly interact with candidates, employees, and visitors and are expected to represent the company in a polished and professional manner at all times.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Serve as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for candidates, employees, and visitors
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards
  • Manage data entry and maintain accuracy within HR systems and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate training sessions and support employee development initiatives
  • Assist with employee relations by addressing questions and escalating concerns as appropriate
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and organizational needs
  • Communicate effectively across departments to support operations
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to assigned work schedule
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, appearance, and workplace conduct
  • Proactively communicate any issues that may impact attendance, performance, or scheduling


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, administrative support, or a similar role
  • Experience working in an office environment with direct interaction with employees or customers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using systems, spreadsheets, and basic office tools
  • Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and work independently
