Location: East Bay Area (Fremont, Sunol, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon)
Job Type: Full-Time
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation
  • Diagnose electrical issues and identify safety concerns
  • Provide homeowners with multiple solution options based on their needs, budget, and long-term goals
  • Install and support:
    • Electrical panel upgrades and replacements
    • EV chargers
    • Whole-home surge protection
    • Smart home and energy-efficient systems
  • Deliver a professional, customer-first experience from start to finish
  • Use company systems (iPad/ServiceTitan) for documentation and job management
  • Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job site
  • Stay productive during schedule gaps by supporting customer follow-ups, light community engagement, and local awareness efforts

A TYPICAL DAY
  • Run 2-4 residential service calls
  • Diagnose issues and walk homeowners through options
  • Complete work same-day when possible
  • Focus on doing the job right-not rushing to the next call

REQUIREMENTS
Must Have:
  • 8+ years residential electrical experience
  • Active Journeyman or C10 Electrician License
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Experience working independently in a service environment

Preferred:
  • Experience with panel upgrades and service replacements
  • EV charger installation experience
  • Smart home / automation experience
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar systems

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR
  • New construction electricians
  • Commercial-only electricians
  • Candidates who prefer minimal customer interaction

Pre-employment background check and drug screening required; periodic background reviews and random drug testing may be conducted after hire
Compensation: $62,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
