Their roles typically involve supporting programs and initiatives that ensure young children (from birth to age five) are healthy and ready to succeed in school and life. This can include work in program coordination, grant management, community outreach, and policy advocacy. These professionals collaborate with families, educators, and community partners to improve early learning and health outcomes for young children across Arizona.

To thrive in a role related to First Things First (such as an early childhood program coordinator or specialist), you need a solid background in early childhood education, child development, or a related field, often supported by a relevant degree or certification. Familiarity with early learning assessment tools, program management software, and state or federal compliance systems is typically required. Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and organizational skills set top candidates apart in working with families, educators, and community partners. These skills ensure effective program delivery, positive child outcomes, and strong collaboration within early childhood initiatives.

Sourced by ZipRecruiter

At Carvana, we sell cars, but we're not salespeople. Since 2013, we've been making it our mission to change the way people buy cars. We saw a huge problem with how much it can suck to buy a car the traditional way, so we committed ourselves to tackling one of the largest, yet-to-be-disrupted markets in the world - the $1T per year U.S. car market (yes, that's $Trillion with a "T").
