  • Continuing education reimbursement and support for licensure
  • Paid time off along with flexible scheduling options
  • A supportive team environment and paths for clinical advancement

Your Role
Each day presents new challenges and opportunities for connection. You will serve as a trusted ally in the early stages of rehabilitation, assisting someone in regaining their balance after surgery or cheering on those taking their first steps toward recovery from a stroke.
This role blends intimate patient interactions with clinical expertise, creating a dynamic where your skilled assessments lead to individualized treatment and a genuine improvement in patient lives. You will be an essential member of a collaborative care team, contributing significantly to discharge planning and ensuring patients transition safely back to their homes.
It's a role that's rich in both responsibility and reward - here, the impact you make is immediate, and your care transforms lives.

Located along the breathtaking Gulf Coast, Mobile boasts scenic waterfront views, vibrant culture, and a welcoming community. From its historic architecture to lively festivals, the region pulses with energy and spirit.
Here, residents engage in outdoor adventures ranging from boating in the scenic Mobile Bay to exploring the lush parks and walking trails. And who can resist indulging in the acclaimed Southern cuisine - think shrimp and grits, po' boys, and fresh seafood served with an array of charm? This city balances work achievements with leisurely pursuits effortlessly, providing a backdrop that truly enhances your life.
In addition to its cultural heritage and culinary delights, Mobile loves practical advantages as well: a notably low cost of living, family-friendly communities, and year-round mild weather to enjoy life outside. Whether you're drawn to dynamic nightlife, engaging community events, or peaceful escapes into nature, this city has a unique rhythm that will resonate with you.
