Job description

Help drive our growth in Northwest Indiana. Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, deliver tailored banking and lending solutions, and expand our presence in a growing market. In this role, you will use your relationship-building skills and financial expertise to attract, serve, and grow a client portfolio while identifying opportunities to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will partner with colleagues in business banking and across the organization to provide comprehensive solutions and generate new business. This role will support growth through our Lake County Business Loan Production Office while contributing to broader expansion across the Northwest Indiana market. POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the coordination and development of banking activities, ensuring a full range of private banking services are provided to high net-worth individuals. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Establishes relationships to provide for their financial needs. Ensures quality customer service on assigned accounts. Analyzes credit and financial information of customers as a basis for recommending other financial services. Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.

Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs all other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS Ten (10) or more years lending experience strongly preferred, preferably with two (2) years in business lending. Strong relationship management skills. Strong sales and proactive calling skills. Great verbal and written communication skills. Strong PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential. Highly motivated.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills to network with bankers in developing new business opportunities.

EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree preferred. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel over night, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
