Green Home Solutions is seeking someone who likes meeting new people, who has excellent communication skills, and who is a serious multi-tasker. If you are self-motivated and have superb interpersonal skills, then you'll thrive in our environment. The ultimate candidate enjoys providing superior service, and loves taking ownership. Are you highly dependable and excited about routinely exceeding expectations? If you have experience in sales, have a background in indoor air quality, or the restoration field, and enjoy coming up with solutions to help others, this position might be for you.
Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle
  • Engage with clients to understand needs
  • Have a complete understanding of GHS products and services
  • Create job quotes
  • Complete all tasks according to company protocol
  • Leave job site with a clean, orderly appearance
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain appearance, and organization of trucks, warehouse, and equipment
  • Effectively maintain POS/CRM system protocols

Qualifications & Skills
  • Must have a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • A valid driver license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • must be comfortable wearing PPE
  • Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers' needs
  • Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information skillfully. Work well in group problem solving situations.
  • Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to relate well to all people inside and outside the organization. Builds appropriate rapport with subordinates, peers, and clients.
  • Demonstrates persistence by rapid follow-up on commitments. Asks probing questions in order to fully understand customer needs. Overcomes objections and concerns in an appropriate manner.
  • Punctual, self-motivated and understands objectives and is proactive in their approach to achieve them. Looks for opportunities to improve upon those objectives.
  • Prioritizes effectively and is organized

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
