Metro Services is looking to immediately hire Assembly Operators for a Manufacturing facility in Smithville, TN. This is a temp/contract position. Apply Now!


Duties for this position include:


  • Perform the duties assigned by leadership using manufacturing equipment to produce quality parts efficiently and safely while following standardized work
  • Follow and observe all safety rules and regulations
  • Fill out production reports using paperwork or computers
  • Escalate safety, quality, and other situations as needed to ensure that issues are addressed by leadership
  • Observe all safety rules and regulations, report unsafe conditions, and prevent bad-quality parts from passing onto the next process
  • Effectively utilize time and equipment to meet standard times for products to be competitive
