Job description

The Amazon Robotics Autonomous Mobility team develops software that powers Proteus, Amazon Robotics' first fully-autonomous mobile warehouse robot. We are growing and seek a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated SDE to join our Autonomous Routing and Coordination (ARC) team in North Reading, MA. You will join a team of top-notch scientists and engineers developing state-of-the-art software and algorithms for multi-robot route planning and coordination.

The systems you build will enable fleets of 1000s of AMRs to safely, reliably and efficiently navigate through dynamic environments in the presence of humans and other vehicles. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, hands-on developer with a track record building high-performance, scalable and reliable systems that solve real-world problems. Experience in areas such as autonomous navigation, motion planning, multi-agent planning and coordination, control systems, and simulation is a plus.

Our mission is to deliver autonomous navigation software that utilizes state-of-the-art sensor technologies and algorithms to enable safe and efficient operation of autonomous mobile robots throughout the Amazon fulfillment and transportation network.
