Our personal care and household product portfolio includes baby diapers, wipes, feminine pads, paper towels, bath tissue, adult incontinence products, laundry detergents, fabric finishers, and dishwash solutions. In addition, we manufacture certain raw materials and components used in the manufacturing of these products, including flexible print and packaging solutions.

We are seeking Quality Technicians for our First Quality Baby Products facility located in Macon, GA The starting pay rate for this position is $20/hour. You must be able to work a 12 hour night shift.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Perform audits in a timely manner
  • Enter test data and inspection data into computer software accurately
  • Follow hold procedures for products not acceptable for shipment
  • Complete paperwork as required

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
  • Walk and stand for a 12 hour period
  • Occasionally lift/carry up to 50lb
  • Keep your work area clean and orderly
  • Learn a lot of new information in a short period of time
  • Ask lots of questions and take initiative to learn more
  • Be an active and productive member of the Quality Assurance team
  • Communicate problems to leaders and production personnel, as required
  • Perform basic math, such as calculated area and perimeter of a square, converting percent to decimal, and converting decimal to percent
  • Work a shift that requires nights and every other weekend

1-2 years of experience as a Quality Auditor or Technician is preferred!
