In this hands-on position, you will set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce labels that meet exact specifications for quality, color, and performance. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail, safety, and teamwork drive success. Do you enjoy this work?
  • Operate blank and multiple color flexographic printing presses, paper die cutters, finishing slitter rewinders, and tabletops
  • Record all job run times and footage information on the daily log sheet
  • Convert master rolls of stock into small rolls on slitter rewinders and tabletop finishing machines
  • Package finished goods into boxes, label, and seal in a neat and clean fashion
  • Accurately set up and tear down production jobs based on information provided from job specification packets
  • Change out master rolls of paper to the press
  • Remove finished rolls of products from the press
  • Clean out ink pans upon completion of printed jobs
  • Remove and dispose of waste rolls from the printing press
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

Who are we looking for?
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous flexographic printing experience
  • Technical aptitude & experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Willingness to help others on the team as needed
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area
