Job description
a Sunday morning - from a visitor's first arrival through their integration as a connected member of
the congregation. Manages the New Member class process and the connections pathway that moves
people from first visit to belonging. Administers the TeamUp church calendar, serving as the
operational hub for event sequencing and calendar coordination with ministry staff and the Ministry
Leadership Team. For all-church events and major worship services, collaborates with Bradi Newlove
(aesthetic direction) and Beth See (graphics and displays) to deliver a cohesive Sunday environment.
Oversees the BPC Member Directory and serves as staff support for the Text in Church communication
platform. Manages Ministry-side ownership of Church Community Builder (CCB), and serves as the
project owner for any transition to Planning Center if and when BPC proceeds with that migration.
