CarShop is seeking a welcoming and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone. Known internally as our Director of 1st Impressions, this role is all about creating a positive and professional experience from the moment a customer connects with CarShop.

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Part-Time Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do
As a Part-Time Receptionist, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for every customer who visits or contacts CarShop.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional first impression
  • Answer incoming phone calls and connect customers with the appropriate department or team member
  • Identify customer needs and help direct them to the appropriate resources
  • Cash out retail service customers accurately and efficiently
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to departments throughout the dealership
  • Balance customer-facing responsibilities, incoming phone calls, and administrative tasks
  • Communicate effectively with Sales, Service, and other dealership departments
  • Help maintain an organized and professional front desk and customer area
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and make every customer feel like a priority
  • Support additional dealership needs as assigned
