This is a 24/7 operational role. Incoming client work orders must be acknowledged and responded to within five (5) minutes of receipt. There are no exceptions to this expectation. As the role evolves, rotating after-hours and weekend coverage may be implemented; however, the initial and ongoing expectation is that the Operations Manager always remains available and responsive outside of approved vacation.
