Why This Role Exists

Filamatic is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead profitable growth across both new capital equipment and aftermarket revenue streams. • Coach, develop, and hold Regional Sales Managers and Sales Engineers accountable to performance expectations
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including pricing, ROI/TCO justification, and contract negotiation
  • Grow aftermarket revenue through parts programs, service agreements, and installed-base account planning
  • Oversee customer service and commercial operations functions tied to order flow, parts, and customer escalations
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally with engineering, operations, service, and supply chain

  • Proven success driving both new equipment and aftermarket/service revenue growth
  • Experience managing manufacturer representatives or distribution partners
  • Strong command of CRM systems, pipeline governance, and forecasting discipline
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 50%

Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced technical degree
  • Experience selling into pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, or personal care markets
  • Familiarity with packaging line integration, controls environments, and OEM–integrator ecosystems
  • Track record of competitive displacement of entrenched OEM installations

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $140,000 per year

Incentive Compensation: Annual bonus and commission plan tied to bookings, revenue and aftermarket margin targets

Benefits: 3 weeks of annual vacation, 10 paid holidays, 401(k) with company contribution, parental leave, and comprehensive health (3 plan options), dental, and vision coverage.
