Job description

We are currently looking for a Full Time Mechanic I to join our WinStar Redbud Golf Course team located at the WinStar Golf Course working 6:00AM-2:30PM - Su Mo Th Fr Sa.
Summary:
Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Inspects, diagnoses, adjusts, and repairs mechanical defects/failures on assigned equipment and or vehicle types
* Escalates any maintenance issue to line of support as needed
* Sets up and modifies new equipment as needed
* Lubricates and changes oil in equipment
* Ensure proper storage for hazardous materials
- Ensures Material Safety Data Sheet book is current and available
* Keeps an accurate record of work performed by completing computer work order information with adequate detail for others to understand
* Performs all other duties as assigned

* Knowledge of construction standards and maintenance principles
* Knowledge of safe mechanical operation and calibration of agronomic equipment (e.g., mechanically pressurized spray equipment, hand-operated spray equipment, hand-operated rotary spreaders, hand-operated drop spreaders, utility tractors, etc.)
* Understanding of the rules of golf
* Working knowledge of the general operation of combustion engines and servicing, repairing, and making adjustments to equipment
* Ability to multitask
* Relates problems and translates understandable solutions
* Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management
Skills:
Essential:
* Basic Computer skills
* Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
* Skilled in operating a computer and/or other equipment related to specific role (i.e. automated currency counters, calculator, projector, binding machine, other related office equipment)
Experience:

* 2 years directly related experience
