Job description

Job Title: Pick-Up Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fleet and driver resources operated by Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), as well as source and manage external service providers;
  • Manage first-mile pickup drivers within assigned regions/ZIP codes, plan and assign daily pickup routes, and ensure timely execution of pickup operations;
  • Take ownership of first-mile pickup quality, efficiency, and cost control, and respond effectively to operational issues and emergencies;
  • Build and enhance first-mile pickup capacity through process optimization and resource coordination;
  • Review and optimize first-mile workflows and operating models to continuously improve efficiency and performance;
  • Coordinate first-mile-related information internally and externally, maintaining strong relationships with customers, DSPs, and vendors;
  • Dispatch and communicate with drivers to complete pickups from vendors and customers;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.

Minimum 1 years of experience in warehouse supervision within the logistics or last-mile delivery industry.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a safe working environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills, able to work under pressure.
