Position

Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Warehouse & Logistics, coordinates shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics activities to support production and customer requirements. Ensures the timely and compliant movement of materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety standards, and operational efficiency. Provides training and support to team members and serves as a key resource for daily logistics operations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement activities to support production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Oversee and process domestic and international shipments, including preparation of shipping documentation and coordination with carriers and freight providers.
  • Enter inventory transactions, receipts, and shipment data into the ERP system and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory audits.
  • Coordinate the picking, packing, labeling, staging, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
  • Support receiving operations, including material inspections, inventory verification, and movement of materials between facilities and warehouse locations.
  • Train employees on logistics procedures, equipment operation, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
  • Enforce safety requirements and ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, DOT, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with resolving shipping discrepancies, inventory issues, and logistics-related operational challenges.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve logistics performance, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as authorized and certified.
Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations. Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Must successfully complete required hazardous materials and DOT training requirements.
