  • Direct unit response during emergency situations
  • Supervise operations team activities to ensure:

  • Operations remain within safe limits

  • Timely identification and reporting of equipment or facility issues
  • Rapid mitigation of safety-critical equipment failures
  • Equipment is properly prepared for safe maintenance

  • Effective surveillance rounds are conducted
  • Routine emergency drills are completed
  • Support team development through formal and on-the-job training
  • Ensure high-quality shift handovers and continuity across shifts

About you

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in petrochemical or refinery operations
  • Demonstrated experience as a console operator in a petrochemical or refinery environment
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of process operations, including hazard recognition and mitigation
  • Proven troubleshooting skills in a complex industrial environment
