You're the heartbeat at the door—welcoming every guest with warmth and confidence. You own the entrance, manage the flow, and keep the energy high. From seating strategy to guest recovery, you're the calm in the storm and the spark that starts the night.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the face of Croix Rooftop—greet every guest like they're VIP.
  • Manage waitlists and reservations with precision and personality.
  • Escort guests to their seats with style and efficiency.
  • Handle special requests (high chairs, booster seats, etc.) like a pro.
  • Spot a vibe shift? Flag the manager and help turn it around.
  • Keep menus crisp, stations clean, and supplies stocked.
  • Answer phones with finesse—reservations, questions, and all the in-betweens.
  • Assist with cash handling and check control—accuracy is your middle name.
  • Support servers and bussers with seating flips, sidework, and light cleaning.
  • Help set the scene for large parties and special events.
