Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Outside Territory Sales Manager for our client. This job involves prospecting new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events while building strong relationships with target accounts. You’ll create strategic sales plans, collaborate with internal teams to support customers, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and develop a strategic sales plan for each account
  • Conduct prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
  • 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
