What are the typical daily responsibilities for someone in a First Impressions role?

In a First Impressions position, your daily responsibilities usually include greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointment schedules, and handling general administrative tasks such as data entry or mail sorting. You may also assist with visitor sign-ins, maintain a tidy reception area, and provide information or support to clients and colleagues as needed.
