Cage / Player Services Rep - Harrah's Laughlin Beach Resort
Must be at least 21 years of age
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cage/Player Services Rep to perform cashiering functions, support guest credit services, and assist with player enrollment. This role is essential to maintaining secure financial operations while delivering warm, helpful, Family-Style service.
Responsibilities
  • Redeem guest chips and cash guest checks
  • Operate the central credit computer and process credit card advances
  • Assist with guest credit applications and approve credit within established limits
  • Balance assigned bankroll accurately each shift
  • Handle money exchanges with various departments
  • Enroll new players, provide card usage instructions, and explain membership benefits
  • Identify, sign up, track, and support players using the ACSC system
  • Accurately input and maintain player records in the computer system
  • Maintain inventory and usage control of promotional prizes and supplies
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding all hotel and casino departments
  • Adhere to all gaming regulations and company policies
  • Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
  • Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family-Style Service at all times

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months or more of related casino experience or equivalent training preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and business correspondence
  • Excellent math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Stand, walk entire shift, and maneuver in confined spaces
  • Work in hot or cold temperatures
  • Walk up and down stairs frequently
  • Bend, reach, stoop, twist, and lift up to 60 lbs
  • Push/pull up to 150 lbs
  • Tolerate high-noise areas and second-hand smoke
  • Sit for extended periods when required
  • Accurate money/chip handling
  • Computer literacy and ability to type reports
  • Must speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations
  • Must possess and maintain all applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or license(s)
