What You'll Do:
Description of the Team
CoreWeave is a high-growth, AI-first data center company redefining enterprise infrastructure with a rapidly expanding footprint of GPU-focused facilities across the US and Europe. Operating at this scale requires a modern technology stack spanning DCIM, CMMS/EAM, BMS/SPoG, construction controls, lifecycle management, sustainability, and analytics to provide real-time visibility and predictable capacity delivery.
About the role:
We are seeking a Product Manager, Data Center Technology to define and deliver a scalable technology ecosystem for Data Center Operations. You will own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution, translating complex cross-functional needs into solutions that improve uptime, incident response, maintenance planning, technician experience, safety, and workforce productivity. This role partners closely with Data Center Operations, Facilities Engineering, Construction, Portfolio Planning, EHS, Security, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to align solutions with business objectives. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and deliver iterative, scalable platforms that enable operational excellence across the data center portfolio.
  • Own the vision and roadmap for data center technology platforms, including DCIM, CMMS/EAM, BMS/SPoG, construction management, asset lifecycle, and workforce systems, aligned to business OKRs.
  • Translate business goals into clear initiatives across first-party, third-party, and data/AI-driven solutions, with defined outcomes and success metrics.
  • Make build, buy, or extend decisions across internal systems and external tools, balancing ROI, TCO, scalability, and interoperability.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, user research, problem definition, PRDs, prioritization, release planning, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver iteratively using Agile principles, defining MVPs that unlock incremental value while building toward scalable platforms.
  • Maintain structured execution through tools such as Jira, with clear tracking, reporting, and delivery discipline.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure systems interoperate cleanly with clear systems of record.
  • Translate complex infrastructure concepts into intuitive workflows and product requirements for technicians and leadership.
  • Conduct field discovery at data center sites to identify inefficiencies and prioritize improvements.
  • Define data and telemetry strategies, including data models, integrations, and system-of-record decisions.
  • Enable portfolio-level visibility through dashboards, KPIs, and digital twin capabilities.
  • Drive adoption of data, AI, and automation solutions by embedding insights into operational workflows.
  • Define and track KPIs such as MTTR/MTBF, maintenance compliance, backlog health, system adoption, telemetry coverage, construction schedule adherence, and capacity utilization.
  • Establish product operating rhythms, including intake, prioritization, roadmap reviews, and release communications.
  • Standardize templates and playbooks for site onboarding, asset standards, lifecycle workflows, and reporting.
  • Stay current on industry trends and incorporate best practices into product strategy.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including licensing, negotiations, and roadmap alignment.

Who You Are:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or related roles in data center, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
  • Proven experience delivering products in DCIM and at least two of the following: CMMS/EAM, BMS/SPoG, construction management, or lifecycle/portfolio management tools.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling data- and AI-driven products, including defining use cases, shaping data strategies, and driving adoption.
  • Strong understanding of facilities infrastructure, including power and cooling systems, layouts, and capacity models.
  • Technical fluency in data models, APIs, integrations, and analytics.
  • Strong product management fundamentals: user research, problem framing, PRDs, experimentation, KPI design, and roadmap execution.
  • Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders across operations, engineering, and corporate functions.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with strict uptime, safety, and capital constraints.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Sunbird or Modius (DCIM), Ignition (BMS/SPoG), Hexagon or similar CMMS/EAM tools, and Procore, SiteTracker, or Primavera for construction management.
  • Familiarity with data center standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 22237, ISO 22301, SOC 2).
  • Experience with digital twins, 3D visualization, or real-time telemetry systems in mission-critical environments.
  • Experience supporting multi-site rollouts, system migrations, or large-scale operational transformations.
