Job Title: Tax Strategist / Tax Consultant
Location: Remote – Open to candidates across the United States

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Tax Strategist / Tax Consultant to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, client-facing advisory role focused on developing and implementing forward-thinking tax strategies for entrepreneurial small business clients. The ideal candidate is experienced, analytical, and passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals through tax optimization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement customized tax strategies that align with clients’ personal and business objectives

  • Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring, deductions, credits, and overall planning

  • Translate complex tax regulations into clear, actionable guidance for clients

  • Lead clients through the full lifecycle of tax planning, including strategy, implementation, and compliance

  • Collaborate with internal teams, financial advisors, and external vendors to support client needs

  • Monitor tax law changes and industry developments to ensure compliance and optimization

  • Represent clients during audits and communicate directly with tax authorities as needed

  • Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment


Required Qualifications
  • Active CPA license or IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) designation
