Job description

Southeast Health in Dothan, Alabama is seeking additional Emergency Medicine trained physicians to join its growing Emergency Department team. This hospital-employed practice evaluates 60,000+ patients annually and our medical center serves as the region's regional trauma center to a population of over 450,000. Southeast Health continues to make strides in patient care by providing the most effective emergency care to our patients as we undergo a major expansion project to double the size of our current ED. Dothan offers an easy 90-mile drive to Florida's Gulf Coast beaches, low cost of living, excellent educational facilities, and traditional Southern hospitality. Candidates must be EM residency trained and ABEM or AOBEM certified or prepared. New graduates are encouraged to apply. 

Practice Highlights:

  • Hospital-employed position
