What You'll Do:

  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Respond to call-outs, diagnose plumbing issues, and implement effective solutions to restore system functionality
  • System Inspections & Testing – Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes
  • Customer Interaction – Communicate with customers to explain plumbing issues, solutions, and recommended services, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Cost Estimation & Solutions – Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing work and advise customers on potential improvements or necessary repairs
  • Preventative Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water heaters, pipes, and fixtures to ensure optimal system performance
  • Service Titan – Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs, service history, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Compliance & Safety – Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
  • Customer Service Excellence – Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely responses to all service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience 1-3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing
  • Certification – Plumbing certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school preferred
  • Technical Expertise – Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements
  • Service Software – Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
  • Communication Skills – Strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Attention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations
