Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Salem, VA, in a dynamic hospital environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in orthopedic surgery, robotic surgery using the Da Vinci system, and neurosurgery. This role involves working in the operating room with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
General Information

  • Number of Beds: 10 main OR
  • Patient Ratios: 1:1
  • Unit Staffing Description: Each room is staffed with one circulating nurse and one surgical tech.
  • Type of Equipment: Operating Room equipment including advanced surgical tools.
  • Documentation System: Meditech
Scheduling and Policies
  • Shift: 10-hour shifts with rotating on-call duties during weeknights and weekends.
  • Floating Policy: No floating between units.
Patient Experience Requirements
