Seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgical 1st Assist APP for locum coverage near Boca Raton, FL.

  • Board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Nurse Practitioner Candidates must have the RNFA Certification
  • Required: 1 Year of recent, dedicated CVT Surgery experience 
  • Work Setting: Clinic, OR & Inpatient Service Line 
  • Clinical Duties/Requirements:(Mostly OR and Rounding on Patients) 
  • Surgical first assist
  • Vein Harvesting (Maquet)
  • Pre-operative & Post Operative Consults/Care
  • CV/ICU rounding
  • Possible clinic work
  • Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (Maquet)
  • Strong Suturing Skillsets
  • Join a well-established practice of 3 surgeons and 2 Advanced Practitioners
  • Coverage Dates: November- 18 thru 30 December, 15 thru 01/02/26
  • Start time 7am/730a and end time typically 3p
