What is a first assistant store manager?

First Assistant Store Managers are retail professionals who support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a store. They are responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and assisting with scheduling and training employees. Additionally, First Assistant Store Managers help implement store policies, achieve sales goals, and may take charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
