If you're looking for a slower pace, a tight-knit community, and easy access to the outdoors (with Boston and the Hudson Valley still within reach), this is it.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE

  • A fully digital office with same-day CEREC CAD/CAM crowns and restorations; no waiting on outside labs
  • In-house full-service wet and dry labs that handle the vast majority of restorative and prosthodontic work

  • An experienced, supportive team: hygienists, assistants, and business staff who know how to run a smooth day
  • Hands-on mentorship from an owner who genuinely loves to teach and is happy to help you build skills, if needed, in implants, cosmetic dentistry, and other advanced procedures
  • Clinical autonomy paired with real collaboration and support, whether you're new to dentistry or a seasoned dentist looking to expand your skillset

  • Get comfortable with same-day crowns and restorations using in-house CAD/CAM and lab capabilities; training provided
  • Build lasting relationships with a loyal, established patient base
  • Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options with honesty and heart
  • Learn and use the practice's digital workflow; CBCT imaging, digital X-ray, intraoral cameras, and more
  • Collaborate closely with a skilled clinical and administrative team
  • Uphold the patient-first standard this practice is known for

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
  • Active (or license-eligible) Massachusetts dental license
  • A genuine, patient-first approach to care
  • Solid clinical fundamentals and confident treatment planning
  • A team player who's humble, kind, and eager to keep learning and growing
