What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial fire alarm systems

• Service access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, and other low-voltage systems

• Perform inspections, testing, and repairs on customer systems

• Diagnose equipment, wiring, and system issues

• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining excellent customer relationships

• Document service work, repairs, and recommendations

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, drawings, and technical documentation

• Follow all safety procedures and applicable industry standards

Qualifications

• Experience servicing commercial fire alarm and/or security systems

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Knowledge of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and low-voltage systems

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
