This role coordinates crews, assigns tasks, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. The Industrial Foreman monitors the use of heavy equipment and tools, verifies material quantities, and supports quality control through regular inspections and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, communicating job requirements to team members, resolving site issues, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role also involves training team members on proper installation techniques, enforcing safety protocols, and supporting basic maintenance and carpentry tasks related to project needs.
