Job Description:
  • Coach TeamMembers, Supervises and guides during shifts.
  • Keeps track that Procedures and Policies are being followed.
  • ProvidesExcellent Customer Service, resolves guest complaints, listens and exceeds guest expectations.
  • Maintains and develops guest relations.
  • Opens andClose Shifts.
  • Able to handle POS transactions and payments accurately.
  • Ensures that guests orders (food and beverage) are made accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Maintains a clean working environment, complying to all food safety and sanitation guidelines,

Must Be:
  • TeamPlayer, Team Performer and positions to act as a good example to others.
  • Able to perform, communicate and execute various tasks
  • Open for improvement and commits to follow through
  • Works with integrity, honesty, fair judgement and trustworthy
