- Ensure all paperwork for firearm sales, including but not limited to Form 4473, licensing, and background checks, is completed accurately and thoroughly
- Consistently demonstrate proper firearm safety and handling
- Evaluate and appraise firearms for resale
- Ability to exercise good judgment when interacting with customers when shopping for firearms
- Have a well-rounded knowledge of all facets of the firearm industry, including ammunition, reloading, and optics
