Company Overview:
Gwynedd Manufacturing is a rapidly growing defense contractor and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in North Wales, PA. We proudly serve the U.S. Department of Defense and federal law enforcement agencies with precision-engineered firearms, weapon components, and accessories. As an innovative and forward-thinking organization, we are committed to delivering the highest quality standards in support of those who serve. 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level EDM Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in learning precision machining in a hands-on environment.

This position's hours are 5:00 AM until 1:30 PM 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor EDM machines under supervision
  • Set up workpieces and tooling as instructed
  • Read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions
  • Perform routine inspections using measuring tools
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Meet production and quality standards
